My Credentials

I'm a Dating Coach, Certified Matchmaker, IFS Therapist & IFIO Therapist, am IFS Institute trained in Internal Family Systems Level 1, Level 2, & Level 3, as well as in Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) Couples Therapy, and in Nonviolent Communication (NVC).

My Story

And know I've certainly stumbled in dating myself, yet after I felt the difference it made for me to develop relationships with my own parts who were dating—to become more Self-led in my own relationship journey—I founded IFS Dating & Matchmaking to support others in doing the same.

Who I am.

I am a mother, feminist, and lesbian. Outside of helping others, I'm fond of being with family and friends, foraging for black licorice, and devouring detective novels.
