My experience as an IFIO Couples Therapist has shown me again and again that couples wait too long to seek help, so that when they do, they are already entrenched in painful dynamics that can take time to unravel and come together differently. If both of you agree support is better sooner rather than later, I’m available to meet with you together.
This IFS Relationship Coaching Service can help prevent the loss of sparks, clarify if and how your mutual needs are being met, notice and respond to bids for connection, better consider ‘time and place’ when you offer bids for connection, identify your mutual parts becoming stuck in conflict and learn how to nip that conflict in the bud before you become stuck in “that thing we do” and couples therapy is needed, and/or practice resolving conflict in a Self-led way for greater long-term relationship success.
We can also discuss how a repair is different from an apology, and practice the former before it becomes necessary.
The $300 fee is for a one-time only 45 minute meeting, yet package discounts for periodic check-in meetings or regular meetings if those better meet your needs.
