"Who is Writing Your Dating App Profile?" support group

$300.00

This six week, 90 minute "Who is Writing Your Dating App Profile?" support group runs from 07 April 26 to 12 May 26 to provide a space for us to identifying the parts of you who are activated in the dating process, including but not limited to the parts who:

-write your dating app profile

-get reactive when communicating with people on and off the apps

-what those parts are concerned would happen if you were more curious, and less strenuous, in the process

-what all the parts need to trust you, and how you can better speak for, rather than from, those parts unmet needs

The workshop will also include experiential exercises incorporating Polyvagal Ladder mapping of the triggers and glimmers for these parts, and Nonviolent Communication to support your speaking for the parts, especially in terms of what they are feeling and needing.

Registration Fee = $300 (or $50/week). Fee must be paid in full by 06 April 2026 to receive the group link.

Familiarity with IFS helpful, yet not required.
